She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman and Elsie Hawk (Hart); her husband Glen; and her sons, William, Glen Charles and Chuck.
She is survived by: her children, Bob (Patti), Cathy Haidet (Greg), Dale (LeAnn), Mary Anne Heitzenrater (Tom), Dolores White (Billey Joe), Don (Debbie), Evelyn Fezell and Jim (Judi); her pet Charlie; and her son Jeff. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Augustine Church.
