He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim George and Rosemary George. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Rachael George and Megan Synder (Neal); and his sister Catherine George.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church (4022 Johnson Rd, Norton, OH 44203). A reception was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Houston Hall (3069 Houston Rd, Norton, OH 44203).
