She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Conrady and Lucille E. Conrady; her stepfather Earl Wynn; her siblings, Jim, Gale, Tim and Shirley Millner; her son Charles H Horning II; and her grandson Brandon Kinnard.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Conrady, Shirley Jenkins (Earl), Brenda Kinnard (David), John Horning, Daniel Horning (Cindy), Christine Wheeler (Reed) and Steven Horning (Karla); her daughter-in-law Sylvia Horning; and her grandchildren, Lisa Smith (Jason), Mathew Jenkins (Andrea), Tom Jenkins (Eliza), Michael Horning (Karen), Christopher Horning (Kenzi), Shawn Horning, Nick Kinnard (Brittney), Amanda Fultz (Logan), Jordan Horning (Haly), Joshua Horning, Joshua Brown, Tori Richardson and Steven Horning (Nicole). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
