Betty Horning Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Horning of Norwalk, Ohio, who passed away on May 23, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. Horning and Inez M. Horning (Stout); her brothers, William G. Horning and James Horning; her aunts, Treva Miller and Vivian Haynes; and her sister-in-law Grace Horning.
She is survived by: her siblings, Terry G. Horning (Michele) of Bayview and Linda K. Smith (Vic) of Parker, CO; and her close friend Lynn Horning. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (314 E Main St, Norwalk, OH 44857). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
