She was predeceased by : her parents, Vernon C. Franks and Katherine Franks Miller (Wells); her husband Jimmie Lee Winans; and her sisters, Joan C. Yarber and Patricia Ingersoll.
She is survived by : her nieces and nephews, Rick Yarber (Debi), Wylly Yarber (Sarah), Mike Yarber, Sharon Woodyard (Steve) and Karen Eastman (John); and her brother-in-law Ronald N. Ingersoll.
