She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Harpst; her parents, Raymond Perry and Anna Perry (Smith); her siblings, Raymond Perry Jr. and Donna Orofino; her nephew Dale Perry; her stepson Danial Harpst; and her grandson Eric Blazer.
She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline Sindlinger (Mark); her grandchildren, Hali and Keagan Sindlinger; her stepchildren, Susan Lewis (Gary), David Harpst (Stephaine), Laura Merrick (Larry), William Harpst and Julie Mallory; her sibling's children, Kathleen Holtz (Daniel), Rick Perry (Heather) of Norwalk and Trenton DeWalt of Pennsylvania; and her cousin Marvin Smith.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (314 E Main St, Norwalk, OH 44857). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
