The memory of Catherine M. Clouse of Norwalk, Ohio, who passed away on December 2, 2025 at the age of 97, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Leimeister and Ada Rose Leimeister (Good); her husband Elmer R. Clouse; her children, Loretta Laubert and Kenny Clouse; her granddaughter Michelle Clouse; her sons-in-law, John Roland, Dennis Schafer and Paul Gregory; her great grandchildren, Taylor Ann Alford and Leah Roland; and her siblings, Dorothy Fannin, Rose Fannin, Mary Moyer, Michael Leimeister, James Leimeister, Rita Roberts, Charles Leimeister, Norma Leimeister, Frank Leimeister, Theresa Wyatt and Ruth "Whitey" Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Roland, Ann Schafer, Bertha Clouse (Bill Burras), Martha Gregory, Robert Clouse (Laurie Thurston), Norman Clouse (Sue), Martin Clouse (Tammy), Kevin Clouse (Lindy) and Eric Clouse (Cindy); her siblings, Monica Leimeister, Anthony Leimeister (Virginia), Paul Leimeister, John Leimeister (Jean) and Danny Leimeister; and her brother-in-law Ronald Clouse (Emily). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (314 E Main St, Norwalk, OH 44857). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (91 E Main St, Norwalk, OH 44857).
