He was predeceased by: his parents, Chame Adams and Wanna Adams (Williams); and his siblings, Robert Adams and Billienell Skaggs. He is survived by: his wife Carol Adams (Nutter); his children, Charles Adams Jr. (Jan) and Tamara Elmore; his sister Beulah Cantrell; and his grandsons, Ronnie Lee Slack III and Tyler Lee Slack.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Norwalk Baptist Church (2084 US-20, Norwalk, OH 44857). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
