In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Dave had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Dave may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Buchanan Brookover and Dorothy Unruh (Lohner); and his sister Karen Brookover. He is survived by: his sons, Brett Brookover and Chet Brookover; and his brother Jim Brookover (Wendy). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (314 E Main St, Norwalk, OH 44857). A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (200 Woodlawn Ave, Norwalk, OH 44857).
