He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hatlay (Gabel); his sons, John Hatlay of Norwalk and Michael Hatlay (Nicole) of Clyde; his grandsons, Phillip and Patrick Hatlay; and his siblings, Jimmy of Clyde, Ricky of Clyde, Gary Hatlay of Clyde, Bob Hatlay of Bellevue and Terry Curless of Tiffin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
