He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Sr. Phillips and Emma Phillips; and his siblings, Rose Stein (Larry), Paul Phillips, Joan Estridge, Kenny Phillips, Andy Phillips Jr., Mary Evelyn Phillips, Larry Phillips and Garry Phillips.

He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Wright (David), Francine Smith and Sharon Berger (late Thom); and his brother-in-law Robert Estridge. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
