He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Ratliff and Ruby Ratliff (Rutledge); his sons, Brent and Shawn Ratliff; and his grandson Brandon Mantz.
He is survived by: his children, Don C. Ratliff (Sandy) and Shannon Ratliff; and his daughter-in-law Kim Ratliff. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
