It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene R. Missler of Norwalk, Ohio, who passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa Missler (Reiderman) and Philip Missler; and his siblings, Clinton Missler, Marjorie Carroll and Marvin Missler.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Missler (Claus); his children, Kevin Missler (Vicki) of New London, Karen Heydinger (Steve) of Norwalk, Ken Missler (Gracie) of Norwalk, Kristin Walliser (Rod) of Norwalk and Keith Missler (Joann) of Albany, OR; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Travis, Stephanie, Jessica, Aaron, Danielle, Nicole, Kurt, Michaela, Marissa and Krystopher; and his siblings, Andrew Missler of Willard, Vi Jacobs of North Baltimore and Gerry Missler of Bellevue. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home (98 W Main St, Norwalk, OH 44857). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church (91 E Main St, Norwalk, OH 44857). A burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the St. Paul Catholic Cemetery (91 E Main St, Norwalk, OH 44857).
