He is survived by: his children, James Horvath (Julie) of Bellevue, Nickolas Horvath of Norwalk, Ann Costello of Milan, Wayne Horvath (Amanda) of Milan, Amy Gluth (Scott) of Oak Harbor and Frederick Leber (Ashley) of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Christine, Brittany, Baily, Natalie, Derek, Carter, Kohen, Dakota, Emmie, Kamden, Mason, Taylor, Quinn and Ellie; his great grandchildren, Adriyanna, Kennedy, Zoey and Lux; and his brothers, Delbert, James, Raymond and Howard.
