He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth, Marcia, Kathy and James. He is survived by: his parents, Aria Downey and Michael Parsons; his brother Kenneth James Clark Parsons; and his grandparents, Laurie, Dorothy, Mike Parsons and Christina Downey. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
