He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Loyer and Margaret Loyer (Healy); his sons, Mike and Kevin; and his sister Betty.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Loyer (Slagle); his daughter Lisa Grimmer (Ron); his grandchildren, Allison, Hayle, John and Cole; his great grandchild Conlan; and his siblings, John Fantis (Kathy) and Carol Kerepsi (Dave).
