She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack H. Koehn and Jane F. Koehn (Womeldorf); her grandson Keegan Martin; her brother David Koehn; and her brother-in-law David Horner.

She is survived by: her children, Devon A. Henry (Bursley), Adam D. Bursley and Jeremy C. Koehn; her son-in-law Darren Henry; her grandchildren, Ava Henry and Zandyn Dupont; her sister-in-law Lorna Koehn (Bartow); and her in-laws, Marilyn Horner (Koehn), Jacquelin Smith (Dan), Charles Koehn (Nita), John Koehn (Anne), Robert Koehn, Steve Koehn (Stephanie) and Elizabeth Smith (Koehn). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
