Jerry leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Jerry’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Jerry will carry forward his memory in their hearts.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Perry and Opal Perry. He is survived by: his wife Martha Perry (Stanford); his children, Athena Simon, Jason Makovic, Chaz Perry, Amanda Wright, Andrew Grose and Jody Cammarn; and his sisters, Sue Daniels and Donna Hamilton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
