She is survived by: her husband Neil McFadden; her children, Sean McFadden (Amanda), Jenifer Naseman (Jon) and Erin Gallahaire (Shaun); her grandchildren, Aiden, Grady, Nolan, Kayla Naseman and Madelyn Gallahaire; her siblings, Steve Welfle, Sue Welfle, Denny Welfle (Lori), Nancy Welfle (Russ), Kay Theisen (Kevin), John Welfle (Brenda), Deb Miklovic (Lad), Bill Welfle (Lisa), Mary Wetzel, Tim Welfle (Whitney) and Bob Welfle; her sister-in-law Sandy Welfle; and her aunt Carol Baltes.
