He was predeceased by: his father Forrest Francisco; and his sisters, Yvonne Brummit, Clara Anderson and Karen Striker. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Francisco (Twitchell); his daughter Kelly Foos (David) of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Jamison and Caden; and his siblings, Janet Hancock of Norwalk and Wayne Francisco of Norwalk.
