He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Hale (Weyer); his children, Kathy, Angie, Jacklyn, Connie, Jack Jr. and Daniel; and his siblings, Mary Kay Thatcher, Millie Manning (Tim) and Pat Adkins. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
