Lukasko (McDonough); his children, John J. Lukasko (Dina), Robert L. Lukasko (Karlee), William R. Lukasko (Erica) and Caitlin J. Dukes (Craig); his grandchildren, Lauren Moffit (Owen), John Nicholas Lukasko, Caleb Lukasko, Anna Lukasko, Gabriel Lukasko, Emma Lukasko, Alaina Lukasko, Jack Dukes, William Lukasko, Ava Dukes, Nathan Dukes and Liam Lukasko; and his siblings, Pauline Grogan, Robert Lukasko (Margaret), Linda Keith (Richard), Nancy Kucharik (Greg Funk) and Bonnie Prasifka.
