She was predeceased by: her father Ralph G. Mosier; her husband Donald F. Fowler; and her sister Carol West. She is survived by: her son Jerald P. Caskey (Tammy) of Norwalk; her niece Victoria Capizzi of Bellevue; and her nephew John Romell of Massilon. She is also survived by five stepchildren; six grandchildren and six step-grandchildren.
