She was predeceased by: her father Julis Hall; and her husband William "Bill" Biggins. She is survived by: her mother Ida B. Hall (Bryant) of Wakeman; her brothers, Robert Hall of Wakeman and Michael Dean Hall of Wakeman; and her pets, Bob, Bo and Rosie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Eastman Funeral Home (200 W Main St, New London, OH 44851). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
