She is survived by: her husband Richard Boose (Dick); her children, Richard Boose (Maria) of Dallas, GA and Karen Barnett (Steve) of Norwalk; her grandchildren, Kayla Cooper (Jacob) of Berlin Heights, Christopher Kiedrowicz of Columbus and Paige Fordham (Justin) of Carrollton, GA.; her great grandchildren, Patrick Wiley Fordham, Miles Henry Fordham, Millie Grace Cooper and Graham Micah Cooper; her siblings, Paul Leber of Dayton, Dan Leber (June) of Sandusky and Pam Beck (Gordon) of Huron; her pet Charlotte; and her caregiver Tiffany Horning.
