She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Vogel and Blanche Vogel (Smith); her husband Walter D. Carsey; and her sister Marilyn. She is survived by: her children, Michael Carsey (Tracy) of Arizona and Lisa Schaffer (Dan) of Monroeville, Ohio; her sister Donna Lortcher (Paul); and her grandchildren, Kelby Bellows (Jason), Mikayla Seeger (Peyton), Hannah Courson (Zach), Ashley Courson (Christopher), Camron Schaffer (Abby) and Cody Schaffer (Maura). She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home (98 W Main St, Norwalk, OH 44857). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
