She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman J. Hay and Helen B. Hay (Wise); and her brothers, Mike and Jeff. She is survived by: her children, Matt (Crystal) of Kenton, Jacob (Samantha) of Sandusky and Emily Montvilas of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Seth of Sarah, AJ, Atticus and Kaylee; and her siblings, Carolyn Meyer (Jack), Jim Hay (Bonnie), Marty Nighswander (Dave) and Grace Whitehurst. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and countless dear friends.
