He is survived by: his children, Max Holtz (Cindy), Melinda Holzmiller (Gabriel) and Zachary Holtz; his siblings, Dan Holtz (Kathy), Marlene Duffield (Doug) and Deborah Ranney (Thomas); and his brother-in-law Fred Smith. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
