He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kramer and Jeanne Kramer (Windau); his brother Eugene "Gene" Kramer; and his niece Lena Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kramer (Murray); his children, Jennifer Bell (Tommie) of Detroit, MI, Eric Kramer of Huron and Daniel Kramer (Joselyd) of Washington, D. C.; his grandchildren, Trystan, Shaylinn, Julissa and Tommie Bell Jr.; and his siblings, Betty Jeanne Kramer, Tony Kramer (Lynn) of San Antonio, TX, Roger Kramer (Amy) of Kent, OH and Jim Kramer (Sue) of Norwalk. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
He devoted much of his time to supporting Parkinson's patients, contributing to their well-being through innovative designs and active involvement in support groups.
