She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" T. Clayton and Mildred Clayton (Schlegel); her siblings, Barbara Clayton and James A. Hughes; her daughter Diana Marie Makovic; and her grandson Corey R. Arnold.
She is survived by: her children, Mark T. Makovic (Lisa), Geralyn K. Hunt and Barbara E. Willey; her niece Tamara Malcolm; and her nephews, Scott and Richard Hrabko. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
