He is survived by: his siblings, James Horvath (Julie) of Bellevue, Ann Costello of Milan, Wayne Horvath (Amanda) of Milan, Amy Gluth (Scott) of Oak Harbor and Frederick Leber (Ashley) of Norwalk; his aunts, MaryAnn Hatfield, Irene Speer (Gene) and Carol Lamp; and his uncle Carl Wenzel. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
