He was predeceased by: his parents, Paitsel Spence and Laura Bell Meadows Spence; his stepfather Charles Spence; and his siblings, Hank Meadows, Robert "Bobby" Meadows and Constance "Connie" Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Meadows (Kirk); his children, Kimberly Ott (Jason) of Norwalk and Jason P. Meadows of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Paiten, Lily, Carson, Kathryn, Lauren, Audryn and Gracelyn; his great grandchild Monroe; and his siblings, Annette Knight (Dennis) and Charles Spence (Kathleen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (314 E Main St, Norwalk, OH 44857). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
