He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberta Mullins (Carroll) and Frank Mullins; his stepmother Gladys Mullins; and his siblings, Wanda Schnell, Ray Mullins, Vonda Waddle and Roby "Dale" Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mullins (James); his children, Scott Mullins of Vermilion, Angela Mullins of Greenwich and Chad Mullins of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Logan and Maria; his great grandchildren, Elijah and Nyla; and his brothers, Ron Mullins (Liz) of Kentucky and Billy Dean Carroll of Kentucky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives.
