Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Richard Wynkoop (Norwalk, Ohio), born in Vickery, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 83, on July 28, 2022. He was predeceased by : his parents, George Wynkoop and Wilma Wynkoop. He is survived by : his wife Dottie; his children, Sheri (Billy Thomas), Veronica "Ronnie" (Chris Meyer), Jeff (Rebecca Hoffman) and Sally Hardie; and his siblings, Lloyd, Bill Wynkoop and Judi Lambrite. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
