He is survived by: his siblings, William "Bill" Spencer (Vonnie), Brad Bickley (June), Marilyn Mingus, Patricia Hoover (Bickley) and Anita Hemmer (Bickley); and his brother-in-law George Mingus. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, friends.
