He is survived by: his wife Carol Brutcher of Norwalk; his children, Dana Richards (Bruce) of Ashland, Bob Brutcher (Kate) of Norwalk and Scott Brutcher (Becky) of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Tom Richards (Laura), Alyssa Richards, Logan Brutcher (Morgan), Mason Brutcher (Gretchen), Griffin Brutcher, Jeremy Wiedle and Rachel Hohlfelder (Terry); and his brother Ronald Brutcher (Arlene) of Virginia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
