He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Seidel and Mildred Seidel (Bistline) of North Fairfield; his former wife Ruth E. Seidel (Sheets); his siblings, Marylou Graham (Dave), Margaret Milliron (Gary) and Paul Seidel (Janice); and his brother-in-law Gene Kamann.
He is survived by: his children, Bob Seidel (Barb) of Norwalk, Steve Seidel (Heidi) of Norwalk, Kevin Seidel (Missy) of New London and Tina Mayse (Tracy) of Spencer; his sister Pat Kamann of Monroeville; his sister-in-law Evalena Detterman (Ken) of Bloomville; his grandchildren, Lori Barman (Nick), Chad Wetherill (Andrea), Brandy Seidel, Hunter Seidel, Andrew Seidel, Brendan Seidel (Christine) and Heather Skeleton; his wife Pat; his brother Bob Cesare; Bob and Blanche Cesare. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
