He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hans Dixon and Irene Dixon; his wife Peggy Dixon (Griffin); his daughters, Mary Beth Dunham, Ellen Johnson (Tom), Lisa Wendt (Tim), Julie Cowin (Ken) and Susan Riley (TJ); and his grandchildren, Joshua (Becky), Jay, Kelly (Bill), Kristi (Ray), Michael (Allie), Erin (Kyle), Danny (Laura), Chip (Brooke), Kenny (Meghan), Katie, Maggie (Brad), Kyle (Jessica) and Megan. He was also cherished by daughters, and 13 grandchildren, 5 loving nieces, 2 nephews, and 19 great grandchildren.
