He was predeceased by: his parents, Palmer L. Blankenship and Oleta Blankenship (Case). He is survived by: his wife Karen Blankenship; and his children, Ronald W. Blankenship (Wendy), Cindy Wright (Jerry), Darlene Blankenship, Melissa Coy (Eddie) and Johnny Ingram. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
