She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Stricker and Ruth Stricker; her husband Oscar L. Whitaker; and her brother Douglas Stricker. She is survived by: her son Brian L. Whitaker; her brother Hayes Stricker (Vonda); and her cousins, Betsy Morgan, Marlene Ruhl and Marian Hamaker.
