She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Slavik and Betty Slavik (Paupard); her in-laws, John and Beatrice Kaiser; her brother Paul Slavik; her sisters-in-law, Joanne and Suzanne Kaiser; and her nephew Doug Kaiser.
She is survived by: her husband John Kaiser; her daughter Lisa; her son-in-law Michael Reer; her granddaughter Taylor Reer; her siblings, Dean "Harry" Slavik (Janis), June Rapp (Steve) and Loren Slavik (Darlene); and her brother-in-law Albert Kaiser.
