Stephen E. Gray Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on December 28, 2025, at the age of 69, Stephen E. Gray of Norwalk, Ohio, born in Bucyrus, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Robin Gray. He is survived by: his wife Susan Gray (Tellor); his daughters, Elise Kirkland (Matt), Kelsey Gray (Ashley) and Kailyn Kabat (Chris); his grandchildren, Jameson, Eloise, Jude and Nyle; his parents, Richard Gray and Inez Gray (Heydinger); and his siblings, Jim Gray (Jennifer), Scott Gray (Michele) and Sandy Shafer (Mike). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a scholarship fund is being setup in his memory to continue to support Norwalk student athletes for years to come. Donations can be made to the Norwalk Athletic Boosters care of the Coach Gray Memorial Fund.
