He is survived by: his grandchildren, Teagan and Stephen; his children, Stephen Goetz of Berlin Heights, Terri Goetz of New London, Tyler Goetz of Wakeman and Brooke Goetz of Huron; his friend Lena Crookshank; and his siblings, Arthur Goetz of Toledo, Robert Goetz (Nicola) of Norwalk and Linda Anderson of Toledo.
