He is survived by: his children, Korey Frazee and Kennedie Frazee; his sister Lori Ehresman (Tim); his brothers-in-law, Derek Kaple (Laurie) and Dominick Kaple (Amanda); his nieces and nephews, Emily Hamric (Joel), Kailey Limes (Allen), Rachel Ehresman, Mackenzie, Kendyl and Colton Kaple; and his in-laws, Paul and Leslie Kaple.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the family for further distribution for scholarships.
