It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Jean Combs of Norwalk, Ohio, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edna Sibyl Peterson (Robert Frey) and Cecil Osborne. She is survived by : her children, Gina Withrow (David), Douglas Combs (Tricia Baker) and Kimberly Harp (Ron); her grandchildren, Angela Nickles (Jay), Breanna Mantz (Russell), Bryan Combs, Brad Withrow (Nicole), Bobby Harp (Amber), Mandi Stang (Anthony) and Haleigh Skinner; her friend Jean Ingersoll; and her brother-in-law Hillard Bates (Cam). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
