He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frederick Stumpf Sr. and Jane Stumpf Sr. (Knoll). He is survived by: his wife Judith Stumpf (Churchill); his son Matthew Stumpf (Chrystyna); and his siblings, Sarah Berner (Chuck), Nancy Weisenberger (Larry), Betty Miller (Randy) and Charles Stumpf Jr. (Sue Cole).
