Collin W. Prouty Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Collin W. Prouty of Norwich, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 11, 2025 at the age of 28. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Collin W. Prouty to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his uncle Lester Prouty (Lecie); and his aunt Mel Prouty. He is survived by: his parents, Alan Prouty and Julie Prouty (Griffith); his wife Alexia Prouty (Dowdle); his children, Jaxon Prouty and Icie Prouty; his grandparents, Terry, Pam Griffith, Lester Prouty (Trudy) and Nancy Kearns; his sister Abigail Cisco-Prouty (Will); his aunts and uncles, Jo, Lee Lapp, Tim Prouty, Rod and Joyce Griffith; and his nieces, Alivia Palmer, Adrianna Dosch and Arie Cisco.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Adamsville Global Methodist Church (8065 East St, Adamsville, OH 43802). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Collin's name to his beloved children. A donation box will be available at the church during services or donations can be mailed directly to the Adamsville Global Methodist Church at: 8065 East Street, Adamsville, Ohio 43802.
