Perry, Hank Alfman (Judy Mojica) of Blacklick and Carol Hughes (Mark) of Florence, SC; his grandchildren, Tony (Jenny), Tara, Steven, Shanna, Zach, Kenzie (Josh), Devin (Sarah), Katie (Noah), Lexy (Tristin), Blaze, Kasi (Steve), Lexie (Brandon), Kirsten, Chelsey, Marli (Nate) and Valen; his great grandchildren, Lydia, Easton, Emerysn Aspen, Asher, Miranda, Brooklyn, Drake, Christopher, Oliver, Piper, Marshall, Eliza, Willa, Rylee, Gabriella, Oaklynn, Jayce, Liam, Benson and Mason; and his great great grandchildren, Londyn and Naomi.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Black-Epperson Funeral Home (231 Main St, Byesville, OH 43723). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
