He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry James Hall and Florence "Amy" Hall (Smith); his former wife Shirley Faye Hall (Drumm); his brothers, David Russell Hall, Stephen Robert Hall and James Michael Hall; and his brother-in-law Donald Eugene Stotts.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn June Hall (Cross); his grandchildren, Gene A., Jessica, Amy, Amber, Bruce, Kristin, Aaron, Justin and Heidi; his daughters, Lori Smith (Shane), Lisa Payne (David) and Cynthia Mayhugh (Brian); his grandchildren, Alexis Smith, Ashley Smith, Zachary Payne (Samphors), Michaela Piper (Jon), Madelyn Yoder (Mark) and Hayley Hoffer; his siblings, Karen Lee Stotts and Richard Alan Hall (Lesley); his nieces and nephews, Mistie, Donnie Stotts, Jennifer, Shane Hall and Thomas Eugene Hall II; and his close friends, Ralph DeAngelis (Barbara), Joe Greggory (Shirley), Rosie and Sadie. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
