He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cheryl L. Howell; his children, Steven Howell (Kayla) and Stephanie Howell; his grandchildren, Lucas, Autumn and Charlotte; his parents, Lester Howell and Imogene Smallwood Howell; and his siblings, Rick (Trish), Rob and Melissa Howell (Bryon Farrell). He was also cherished by numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the T. P. White & Sons Funeral Home (2050 Beechmont Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45230). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
